Method of cooking:

  • Boil some water (1 liter of water for 250 grams of dumplings)
  • Add 1 tablespoon of salt

  • Stir the vareniki to prevent them from sticking together every 30 seconds until they surface.
  • After that, leave the dumplings boiling for 2-4 minutes.
  • Take the dumplings out of the water.
